DOUBLE ALMOND SMOOTHIE In blender, puree one 5.3-oz container vanilla yogurt, 1 banana (sliced and frozen), 1 cup blueberries, ½ cup unsweetened almond milk and 2 Tbsp almond butter until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses. ARUGULA SALAD WITH BLUEBERRY VINAIGRETTE In blender, puree ½ cup blueberries, 2 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp honey and ½ tsp each kosher salt and pepper until smooth.
