STEWED GREENS & TURNIPS
Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil and ½ tsp red pepper flakes in Dutch oven on medium. Add 1 onion (chopped); sauté 5 min. Add 12 oz white turnips (cut into ½-in. pieces), 3 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1½ tsp kosher salt and 1 cup water; bring to a boil and simmer 5 min. Add 1 lb collard green leaves (chopped; about 7 cups) and 1 cup water and simmer, tossing to help wilt. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender, 50 min. Stir in ½ tsp cracked pepper.
