In the past, most of my time spent up here (and likely yours too) was to test my lower back’s durability by repeatedly dropping and retrieving an anchor over a patch of seafloor. But this once crew-only area—often used to take in a brief view of a harbor on approach—is now an epicenter of on-the-water entertainment for most boats.
