GRILLED GREEN SLAW
Cut ½ small green cabbage into 4 wedges and brush with olive oil. Grill, flat sides down, on medium-high until charred, 3 min. per side. Cut into 1-in. pieces. Whisk together 2 Tbsp lime juice, 1 Tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar and ½ tsp each red pepper flakes and salt. Add grilled cabbage and ½ small napa cabbage (cored and cut into 1-in. pieces) and toss to combine. Fold in 1 cup cilantro leaves.
