Treading my bare feet into the wet grass, I smiled as I heard the satisfying, crisp crunch beneath me.

Growing up, I had a real love for the outdoors, but sadly lost touch with that side of myself for a long time.
As a child I’d glance up at the moon, escaping the sadness of my life.
I didn’t have an easy ride – a difficult childhood, toxic relationships and battling with my mental health.
After the breakdown of my marriage, and suffering from severe postnatal depression, I completely lost my sense of self.
That’s when I turned to Buddhist practices, and began to explore the world of yoga and meditation.
