Flowering plants are running on full steam now, so give them a weekly feed and provide stakes for any looking weary. You could have a go at making your own organic feed from either nettles or comfrey, or a mix of both. Comfrey can be quite invasive, so grow it in a contained space to keep it under control. When you have an established plant, simply fill a bucket with its leaves, wearing gloves as the hairs are quite sharp; add a little water, weigh the leaves down with a stone and put a lid on (it can get smelly!).
