SALMON AND BROCCOLI PATTY CAKES Makes 4 patties 120g salmon fillet 100g broccoli florets 100g potato, skinned and diced 50ml milk Salt, to taste 4 tbsp canola oil 1 Steam salmon on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, and set aside. 2 Steam broccoli and potato for 10 to 15 minutes, or until soft. 3 Drizzle milk over broccoli and potato, and mash until smooth. 4 Pull salmon into small flakes and add to mash.
