WARM ORZO SALAD

rosmarino pasta 250 g asparagus tips 200 g, blanched and chopped fennel ½ bulb, roughly chopped parsley 10 g, roughly chopped fresh dill 10 g, roughly chopped white salad onions 75 g, chopped olive oil 2 T lemon 1, juiced sea salt and freshly ground green peppercorns, to taste Woolworths dairy-free Greek white cheese 200 g Woolworths vegan mayonnaise 4 T 1 Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain. 2 In a large bowl, toss the pasta, asparagus, fennel, parsley, dill and salad onions with the olive oil and lemon juice.
