Chipotle chilli beef burgers
The kidney beans bulk out the meat, and the chipotle adds a smoky kick.
SERVES 6 PREP 10 MINS, PLUS CHILLING COOK 8 MINS
✱ 400g can kidney beans, rinsed and drained ✱ 500g beef steak mince ✱ 1½tbsp tomato puree ✱ 2 garlic cloves, crushed ✱ 1 free-range egg yolk ✱ 10 cornichons, very finely chopped ✱ Handful coriander leaves, chopped ✱ 1-2tsp dried crushed chipotle chilli or chipotle paste ✱ ¼tsp sweet smoked paprika ✱ 1tbsp sunflower oil 1 Mash the beans with a fork in a large bowl.
