Abused by my sister I’ve suffered depression since the age of 14. My GP is great and suggested I try cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The therapist wanted to know about my childhood. After a few sessions I explained, with difficulty, that my parents fought and that my older sister (she’s seven years older) sexually abused me.
