Another sure fire way of increasing productivity is to maximise the screen space with Windows 10’s Snap Assistant function. For Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 users, you may already be familiar with this feature (known as Aero Snap in Windows 7), but with Snap Assistant you can have up to four Windows open at once and have these snapped into all four corners of the screen. OneDrive is a special folder on the PC’s disk that can be used to store documents, pictures, music and videos. Anything you put in the OneDrive folder on the PC’s disk is also stored online and Microsoft provides private and secure storage space.
