NOBODY CAN SEE THE FUTURE, but you can make an educated guess. With gun dogs, that starts with good breeding. From there it is as much about the owner’s expectations as anything, as the pro trainers quoted in this story will tell you.
But even perfect breeding can’t account for that X-factor.
