Almost two years after the Beverly Hills, 90210 star lost her battle with cancer, her ex-husband Kurt Iswarienko is challenging their divorce settlement. On January 14, Iswarienko’s attorney filed legal documents, obtained by People magazine, that responded to claims from her estate that he has failed to fulfil several “monetary obligations” and provisions of the settlement.
