In legal papers filed on February 3, a lawyer for Jodie Turner-Smith accused her client’s former husband, Joshua Jackson, of refusing to allow her custodial time with their daughter, Juno, 4, while she was filming in London. The papers also allege Jackson had paid “$0 in guideline child/or spousal support”, adding, “Even though, he, at the onset of this case, hired two law firms to represent him on custody issues, seeking full legal custody of Juno.”
