About 18 months ago, Daniel MacPherson decided to hit the reset button. It was time to get back to his best – “physically, mentally, spiritually and everything in-between”. For the next three months, he did just that, through a variety of disciplines including training, diet and meditation. He emerged as someone more present as a dad, as a partner and as a creative.
“As I was moving into my early forties – after navigating the first years of parenting, and the uncertainty of the pandemic years – I was wanting to really get back to getting the best out of myself,” he tells WHO. “[Now] my clarity has soared and with that, so has the quality of my work, my relationships and, ultimately, my happiness.”
