Saganaki Prawns with Pita SERVES 1 481 CALORIES INGREDIENTS 20g onion 150g prawns (weighed raw) 3g minced garlic 200g canned diced tomatoes 50ml salt-reduced vegetable stock 1 pinch dried oregano 25g feta 3g fresh parsley 1 Greek pita bread (90g serving) METHOD 1 Preheat the oven to 180C.
