Salted Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cookies MAKES 14 INGREDIENTS 200g smooth peanut butter 225g golden caster sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 155g plain flour ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt 100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped 30g salted roasted peanuts, roughly chopped 2 tsp sugar METHOD 1 Beat the peanut butter and caster sugar together with a wooden spoon until well combined. Add the eggs and beat again. Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in the chocolate. 2 Wrap the dough in cling wrap, roll into a log and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
