Lee Radziwill – princess, fashion icon and sister of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis – has passed away, aged 85. The socialite, born Caroline Lee Bouvier in 1933, four years after her sister, had two children with her second husband, Polish aristocrat Prince Stanislaw Albrecht Radziwill, and was also mother-in-law to The Real Housewives of New York star, Carole Radziwill. She died at her home of natural causes in New York on Feb. 15.
During her life, Radziwill, who was later married to Hollywood director Herbert Ross, carved a place for herself in New York high society, regularly mixing with leading artistic figures of the time such as famed ballet star Rudolf Nureyev, author Truman Capote, conductor Leonard Bernstein and artist Andy Warhol, all of whom she counted among her closest friends.…
