What a night. On February 29, Vogue Living brought the country’s most influential creatives together to celebrate Australian design excellence at the inaugural VL50 awards. In the North Building of the Art Gallery of New South Wales, the year’s best interior designers, architects, artists, product designers and landscape designers were announced, with awards honouring industry luminaries, leading practices and studios on the ascent.
It was an evening of surprise and revelry made possible by Vogue Living’s presenting partner Mobilia, accompanied by special international guest Patricia Urquiola, whose designs for Cassina, Moroso, Kettal and CC-tapis were displayed in an installation on the gallery’s ground floor.
