Brooke arrives for another Alcoholic Anonymous (AA) meeting and finds Deacon is already there. As the hour progresses, many people share stories about their struggles and desires to stay sober. In revealing upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke stands up to share and says it is loneliness that is behind her need to drink. However, she points out that someone special has been a great help in keeping her from hitting the bottle and Deacon (Sean Kanan) is touched because he knows she’s referring to him. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) returns home and she’s surprised when Deacon shows up on her doorstep. He explains that he was battling a very pressing temptation, but it isn’t for alcohol. Quinn is surprised when Rick calls and asks that she come to Forrester Creations as soon as possible. Quinn nervously asks if there is a problem, but Rick replies that he’d rather discuss his reasons in person. As Quinn (Rena Sofer) is heading over to the fashion house, Rick (Jacob Young) instructs Pam to cancel his appointment with Ivy about her jewellery line. Pam asks if the meeting should be rescheduled, but Rick surprises her with the answer that it won’t be necessary on upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful . When Nicole proclaims that Maya is really her older brother Myron, her “sister” immediately denies it. Nicole then reminds Maya that their grandfather’s name was Myron (who her older brother was named after) but Maya answers that they never had an older brother. Nicole (Reign Edwards) isn’t about to let up on the subject, so Maya (Karla Mosley) rationalises that her little sister has a hazy memory, on tense upcoming episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful. Throughout her love affair with Devon, Hilary has maintained that she can’t keep betraying her husband Neil (and Devon’s father!) and they have to end their liaison for everyone’s sake, especially now that Neil is blind.
