For 17 years, between 2005 and 2022, BBC2’s satirical celebrity panel show Mock the Week was must-watch TV that launched the comedy careers of stand-up comedians like Russell Howard, Andy Parsons and even host Dara Ó Briain himself.
Now, the show is back for a brand-new nine-part run on TLC, with Ó Briain once again in the hosting hot seat, alongside up-and coming comedians and comedy legends answering questions about the week’s news, with the wittiest answers awarded points.
