Following on from pop documentary Boybands Forever, BBC2 is now shining the spotlight on the girl-band fever that swept the nation during the 90s and noughties in a new three-part documentary, Girlbands Forever.
Among the popular girl groups sharing their memories are All Saints, Sugababes, Little Mix and Liverpool trio Atomic Kitten, who had their first hit, Right Now, in 1999 with a line-up that featured Kerry Katona, Liz McClarnon and Natasha Hamilton, who was just 16 at the time.
