William Dale, aged 11, from North Yorkshire, prepares to release his first salmon, caught while fishing the River South Tyne at Lambley.
After several years of coarse and trout fishing, William had felt it was time to try salmon fishing. Luckily, his grandad, Rex Dale, has 60 years’ experience chasing salmon and joined Wiiiiam on the Lambley Farm water for the first trip.
