Power Pancakes
GRAB THESE: 2 eggs, 1 banana, plus toppings – honey, bacon, nuts… whatever you fancy, get creative and tweet us
MAKE THIS: Mash the banana in a large bowl with a fork, then mix in the eggs. Whisk banana and eggs until a good liquid forms then pour into a pre-heated pan, with a splash of olive or coconut oil. After 1-2min, flip the pancakes and cook evenly on both sides. Add the toppings you like, such as nuts for extra protein and good fats, yoghurt, honey, bacon, and fresh blueberries.
