People in Fukuoka really love to eat. The atmosphere of the food stalls has the same smell as America.
TJ: You live in Fukuoka now. Where have you visited so far?
CRESCINI: When I visited Japan for the first time, I stayed in Kobe. After that, I visited Tokyo, Hokkaido, Niigata, Ehime, Kochi, Nara, Hiroshima, Kagawa and Okinawa. Not only as a tourist, but I went to Miyagi as a volunteer worker after the Great East Japan Earthquake. I also love an exciting city, (Tokyo), but I feel relaxed when I come back to Fukuoka because people are kind, prices are affordable, and the food is good. When I visited Fukuoka for the first time, I didn’t think to stay, though.
