On 1 November, world leaders, environmentalists and activists met in Glasgow, Scotland, for the start of the two-week-long COP26 climate summit, where they were discussing ways to limit climate change. Climate change is long-term changes in world weather patterns. Human activities such as burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and gas), farming and cutting down forests are a major cause of climate change.
