Greta Thunberg was, until recently, a typical teenage school student in Sweden. Now, the 16-year-old is leading a global campaign, urging world leaders to take action on climate change. Climate change is the long-term change in weather patterns, mostly caused by harmful gases released by burning fossil fuels such as coal, gas and oil.
Four years ago, Thunberg was diagnosed with Asperger syndrome, a form of autism. Autism is a condition that affects how a person communicates with the world around them.
