Rocket man flies
British inventor, Richard Browning, has flown an Iron Man-style suit at the Ted (Technology, Entertainment and Design) conference. The suit, which uses six jet engines, can travel at about 200mph at a height of 300 metres. Browning’s eight-year-old son named his invention the Daedalus suit, after the father of Icarus – a character in Greek mythology who flew too close to the Sun.
