For millions of us, a pet is a member of the family. ›ey accompany us over years of ups and downs together though life, but in death things are di›ferent. “When they pass, I’m sure that a lot of people do a little service or say a few words,” says composer Rachel Fuller, “But for most, we have to put on our big girl pants and get on with it.”
As a student, Fuller made a little extra money as an organist in a crematorium, playing at more than 2,000 funerals in two years.
