“My 2020 Christmas theme is oTT” I’ve found myself in full quarantine again, another 14 days moving from room to room and peering out of the window as fantastic friends drop bags of food at my doorstep. When they created three robots to ease the Covid-related workload of doctors and nurses at the nearby Fortis hospital, they were astounded with the positive effect the ’bots had on patients and staff. One robot in particular, Mitra, whose name translates to ‘friend’ in Hindi, has proven especially popular.
