THE TWO-DAY GW Railwayana Auctions online sale of Railwayana, Posters, Advertising & Motoring items, held over July 20-21, lived up to expectations with a broad choice of around 1,000 lots finding new homes.

The left-hand plate, lightly restored a long time ago, is only the second ‘City’ nameplate to appear on the market.
