Ramsey St return One of Neighbours’ most popular characters is returning to Ramsay Street. Network Ten has announced that CARLA BONNER is reprising her role of Steph Scully on a permanent basis. However, the reasons for Steph’s return are said to leave many of the residents suspicious and apprehensive. According to Neighbours’ producer JASON HERBISON, “Steph left Erinsborough under dramatic circumstances. Her return to Ramsay Street will be explosive and her presence will divide the residents”.
