Method 1. To start this project, you will need the canvas and the Tattered Angels Set. Start with the Turquoise Glimmer mist and spray the canvas. While it is still wet, start splattering in drops of the Glimmer Mist Navy Blue then drop some splats of Tattered Angels Base Board Topaz.
