The wonderful thing about medallion style quilts is they can be whatever you want them to be. From traditional to modern, intricately planned to improvisational, made by one quilter or a group—really, anything goes.
While you can simply follow a pattern to make a medallion quilt, this is a wonderful design that any quilter can easily branch out and try.
