Looking down at my own hands, I see short nails, accompanied by an art deco engagement ring and a simple gold wedding band, bought second-hand; an ethical choice, and each with their own history. This is a simple but intensively nourishing recipe that contains shea butter, which contains nourishing and protective vitamin E and fatty acids, and avocado oil, which is able to penetrate skin while also being rich in vitamins and antioxidants.
