The Pickman, the latest all-electric farm vehicle from Electric Wheels, is described as a compact pick-up reminiscent of a farm cult classic, the Suzuki Jimny.
Suitable for a wide range of duties, as a load carrying vehicle, it can transport up to 500kg on its bed, with a similar towing capacity. Its dual 7.5kW and 3.0kW motors provide 4wd, a top speed of 64km/hr (40mph) and a range of up to 112km (70 miles) from one charge. A four-door model is available.
Standard equipment includes LED lighting, reversing camera, power steering, USB charger, roof rack with lights and an infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity. The company expects to fully launch the vehicle early 2024 with an anticipated retail price of £20,000-£22,000 depending on spec.…
