What an amazing year we have had this year with our sporting successes. The Black Caps made their way to an incredible nail-biting final of the Cricket World Cup earning a silver medal and the Silver Ferns took out the Netball World Cup for the first time since 2003. You will need: 2 eggs 1/2 cup coconut or olive oil 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup milk or greek yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 3/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup choc chips or walnuts Steps: 1. Preheat the oven to 180° 2. In a medium bowl, whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda and a pinch of salt. 3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, oil, honey, milk and vanilla for 2 minutes. 4. Stir in bananas, flour mixture and choc chips or walnuts. 5. Pour batter into greased pan and sprinkle with some more cinnamon, raw sugar or banana slices. 6.
