When you think of Italy, you might think tiramisu, Aperol spritz, long lazy lunches and just an abundance of beauty. And whilst this is totally correct, Italy is also a dream destination for staying fit and active, as I found out on a recent weekend spent there with my partner. We wanted a nice balance of sightseeing, activities, exercise, healthy food and R&R. And luckily, this is exactly what we got.
