Walking the streets of Barcelona, we headed to the nearby bars. Smack bang in the centre, they were always filled with tourists, so I tended to drink in the more local, back alley spots. Only, with a few friends visiting, they wanted to be where all the action was. So, heading into a busy bar in November 2019, we ordered our drinks and took our seats. Even if neither of them liked me, I jumped at the chance to spend more time with them both. So, I helped them find somewhere nice to stay and decided to show them the ropes.
