Sinuhe Xavier is a man of many hats—literally: Stetson (cowboy, he did grow up in Montana, after all), moto and rally helmets (thrill seeker, rider, driver), Tuaregtagelmust (adventurer and explorer), obscure logo ball caps (good time purveyor, Dad), and beanie (serious work hat, award-winning director and photographer).
Although I have only met Sinuhe in person once, he’s always been behind the scenes at Overland Journal, whether getting into the right amount of trouble with Publisher Scott Brady in any given country, being an occasional wordsmith or lensman for the magazine, or acting as our remote creative director. He is equal parts laid back and passionate, methodical as he is madcap. It’s an infectious mix that continues to manifest opportunities that change as often as his chapeaus.
