IAN FRAZIER Just weeks after Montclair, New Jersey–based Ian Frazier submitted his profile of the famed Oregon fishing guide Stealhead Joe (“The One That Got Away,” page 82), Joe took his own life. “Writing about Joe was like trying to photograph a galloping horse.
