Serves: 2 Ingredients • 3 peaches, pitted and cut into quarters • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil • 1 cup (250g) full-fat Greek yoghurt • 2 tbsp honey • Sea salt flakes • ½ cup pomegranate seeds • Small basil leaves, to serve • ½ lemon Method 1.
