To get shredded for the action movie Peppermint, Jen, 46, turned to holistic nutritionist and wellness expert Kelly LeVeque to help her combine protein, fat, fibre and greens.
The combo, says Kelly, can “turn off hunger hormones, squelch inflammation and provide the body with the perfect complete meal of essential nutrients”.
