Korean Beef Lettuce Cups
SERVES 4
PREP & COOK 25 MINS
■ 500g beef mince
■ 2 cloves garlic, crushed
■ 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
■ 1 large carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
■ 5 green onions, thinly sliced, plus extra to serve
■ ½ cup Bulgogi Sauce & Marinade
■ 2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
■ Baby cos lettuce leaves, bean sprouts, kimchi, to serve
1 Heat an oiled, large wok over a high heat. Add beef. Stir-fry for about 5 mins, breaking up mince, until browned. Add garlic, ginger, carrot and onions. Stir-fry for a further 1 min.
2 Add sauce. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 mins, or until hot. Stir in sesame seeds.
3 Serve warm beef in lettuce leaves. Top with sprouts, kimchi…
