Wrinkle in time
Some years ago I had a rather nasty fall near the river. I tripped and hit my head on a large rock, so I was quite concerned that I may end up with a scar. After being patched up at the hospital, my grandson, Master C, who was only about seven years old at the time, took one look and came up with, “Don’t worry Nanny, you won’t even notice it, it’s just another wrinkle in your forehead.” (Honesty and laughter are the best medicine.)
