Black Bean and Lamb Noodle Stir-Fry SERVES 4 PREP & COOK 25 MINS ■ 450g packet fresh hokkien noodles ■ 500g lamb leg steaks, trimmed, cut into 1cm strips ■ 1 onion, halved, thinly sliced ■ 250g bag Superfood Stir-Fry Mix ■ ¹⁄³ cup black bean sauce ■ 1 tblsp honey 1 Place noodles in a large, heatproof bowl.
