5-Ingredient Christmas Cake Serves 10, Prep and Cook: 2 hours 375g packet dried mixed fruit (2 cups) ¹/³ cup brandy 600g packet caramel mud cake mix 2 eggs 60g unsalted butter, melted Icing sugar mixture, to decorate (Optional) 1 Grease a deep 20cm round cake pan. Tipsy Watermelon Slushy Serves 4, Prep: 15 mins 1kg piece seedless watermelon, chilled ½ cup orange-flavoured liqueur 1 tblsp grenadine 2 tsps lime juice 4 cups crushed ice Small watermelon wedges, to serve 1 Cut rind from watermelon and discard.
