Pork with Oregano Potatoes and Greens Serves 4, Prep 10 mins, Cook 19 mins 500g chat potatoes, quartered 200g green beans, trimmed 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed, halved crossways 8 x 100g pork loin steaks 2 tblsps olive oil 2 tsps ground paprika Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste 2 tsps dried oregano leaves 2 tsps finely grated lemon rind Lemon wedges, to serve 1 Microwave potatoes until just tender. Drain. 2 Boil or microwave beans and broccolini, separately, until tender. Drain. Cover to keep warm. 3 Meanwhile, toss pork with half the oil and paprika in a medium bowl.
