Why does this matter? “If you’re lacking in flexibility, then your muscles won’t have the power to contract and push you in any direction that you’re trying to go,” explains Ashley Reed, the clinic director of Fyzical Northeast Naples. Bill and Joan Martin launched the designer handbag company in 1982; it has since become a well-known and much-loved brand. The Naples Flower Show, an annual partnership between the Naples Botanical Garden and the Naples Garden Club, has blossomed into the largest juried flower show in Florida. While flocks of Neapolitans don Saint Paddy’s Day attire this month, Bonnie, a 26-year-old military macaw at Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, wears green year-round. She keeps her enviable plumage looking fabulous with frequent baths in the rain or from a hose. As an animal ambassador, Bonnie can sometimes be spotted with one of her keepers greeting guests throughout the zoo’s 43 acres. This rings true for Lindita Hobdari, MD, a family physician at Hobdari Family Health in Naples, who has seen more patients appearing with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and other conditions.
