Push your butt out and bend your knees so you are sitting on an invisible chair – go up halfway and squat back down again, performing as many reps as you can for 20 seconds. Afterwards, instead of resting, hold at the bottom for 10 seconds then go back to the pulse for the next 20-second round. Do this for 8 sets and a total of 4 minutes. Dried hydrangeas last forever, or near enough. Keep a little bundle of them in a cupboard at home and pull them out for something delicate and feminine in the depths of winter. To dry the hydrangeas, pick or buy a bunch in summer or autumn and place them in a water-filled vase. Don’t top up the water; just let them dry out naturally.
